CAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the recipe my mom uses to make Chocolate Molten Cake (best desert if all time). Try it out and see if you like it! If you don't like mint, don't put it in. If you want to find more recipes check out epicurious's website or download their app.

Molten Chocolate Cakes with Mint Fudge Sauce
Sauce
4 1/2 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Cakes
5 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 large eggs
3 large egg yolks
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Vanilla ice cream

For sauce: Stir both chocolates in top of double boiler over barely simmering water until melted. Add 1/3 cup hot water, corn syrup and extract; whisk until smooth. Remove from over water. Cool slightly. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover; chill. Before serving, rewarm in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.)

For cakes: Preheat oven to 450°F. Butter six 3/4-cup soufflĂ© dishes or custard cups. Stir chocolate and butter in heavy medium saucepan over low heat until melted. Cool slightly. Whisk eggs and egg yolks in large bowl to blend. Whisk in sugar, then chocolate mixture and flour. Pour batter into dishes, dividing equally. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.)
Bake cakes until sides are set but center remains soft and runny, about 11 minutes or up to 14 minutes for batter that was refrigerated. Run small knife around cakes to loosen. Immediately turn cakes out onto plates. Spoon sauce around cakes. Serve with ice cream.

Once Again

Once again, I have failed to update a lot...

I'm making headway in my novel idea, but I've been distracted... BY DOCUMENTARIES. Specifically Mysteries at the Museum and Ancient Aliens. I'm also trying to finish a short story for Wattpad's romance contest. In terms of writing, I've been more productive than I've ever been. I'm also realizing that the world is bigger. It sounds stupid but I feel that way. It's probably due to a lot of factors, but documentaries are probably a big part of that. In debate, although we do some current event things, it's always a drag to go look up the news. It's not interactive, quick, fun, etc. It's like a chore that I find no fun in. Documentaries, on the other hand, are full of motion that keeps my attention. They're about cool stuff and information. And full of inspiration *cough* the alien one *cough*. My expansion of the world probably has to do with my k-pop, beauty, and fashion too. I'm getting really curious and find myself looking at tutorials a lot. In general, I'm glad that I'm not binge watching anime anymore. I still love it, but I love expanding my knowledge of what intrigues me admittedly a lot more.

A Resolution!

Hopefully, writing a schedule out will make me stick to it. Now, without much ado, the goal schedule!

Now the hard part begins, sticking to it. I hope I can lose some weight! I know that the most efficient way to lose weight is to change your diet, but it's harder for me to change that since I don't have as much control over what I eat, just how much I eat. Small steps though, like drinking more water. I'll see if I can post any weight lost next year.

Facial Masks That I Have Yet To Try

Hey! Here are some facial masks that I'm willing to try now/in the near future. Hope it works and here are where my inspirations came from!

#takeachillpill

Okay, taking a break from 365daband before I exhaust their song repertoire. I'll bounce back up with some songs from Teen Top later though. Or maybe I'll just bounce around K-pop so that you won't be bored. I don't know a lot of V-pop artists so 365daband is really all I've got here.

NO GAME NO LIF- Oh Wait. Wrong Title.

Hey guys! Me again. Another one of 365daband's songs. This one is titled NO LOVE NO LIFE because what is life without love?

SAIGON, GET READY FOR ME

I love this song too. I JUST LOVE THEIR FUN AND YOUTHFUL SONGS. People, make way because, Saigon, Here We Come.
